Angle seat valves

• Used for fast and reliable on/off control of liquids, gases, steam, and compressed air.
• Common in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing for hygienic fluid handling.
• Widely used in steam control systems for heating, sterilizing, and cleaning processes.
• Applied in water treatment plants for dosing, filling, and flow switching.
• Ideal for high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-cycle industrial automation systems

  • Working Principle

An angle seat valve uses a pneumatically or electrically actuated piston to open or close the valve. When air or an electrical signal is applied, the actuator lifts the valve stem upward. This lifts the seat plug away from the angled seat, allowing fluid to flow through the valve. The angled seat design reduces flow resistance and increases flow efficiency. When the control signal stops, a spring pushes the stem and plug back onto the seat. This seals the flow path and stops fluid movement completely. The 45° seat angle allows quick opening and closing with minimal wear. The design also prevents water hammer by enabling smoother switching. The valve can handle high-pressure, high-temperature media such as steam, gases, and hot water.Overall, the valve provides fast, durable, and leak-free control for automated fluid systems.
