  • Working Principle

Magnetic Field Creation: Two electromagnetic coils outside the flow tube generate a constant magnetic field that passes through the pipe’s cross-section.

Conductive Flow: As a conductive liquid (like water) flows through this field, it acts as a moving conductor cutting through magnetic flux lines.

Voltage Induction: This movement induces a small electrical voltage within the liquid that is directly proportional to its flow velocity.

Signal Detection: Two electrodes mounted on the inner walls of the pipe detect this induced voltage and send the signal to a transmitter.
